Bus to Bus Adapters / Datablizzard

The PCI to VME bus adapter is a cost-effective solution for applications requiring VME to PCI connectivity and a fibre optic / copper cable interface. The bus adapter directly connects the VMEbus and PCI bus creating a virtual bus that allows the two systems to operate as one, enabling seamless operation, superior performance and the combined benefits of two diverse systems

Fibre Channel

High Performance Parallel Interface (HIPPI)

HIPPI is a communication standard. This standard allows speeds of 800 Mbps (mega bits per second) and 1.6 Gbps (giga bits per second). HIPPI was first initiated for supercomputer applications, it can be used to connect different types of devices, such as workstations, monitors, frame buffers, etc.
